The headboard had been previously painted in a distressed aqua blue color. It will most likely need to be repainted as the finish was meant to be distressed however it does have some scrapes and scratches on the painted finish. The design is very pretty with faux bamboo details, wicker top insert and pagoda top. The headboard is made of wood and plastic.
