The paint has chipped off in multiple places and continued to flake off, but it still retains its charm. The tail, legs, and head are removable. Would probably best function as a plant stand, something that keeps it from being disturbed often due to the flaking paint.

I am willing to remove the head and tail in order to save you some money on the cost of shipping. The cost quoted is with the piece fully intact, disassembled the shipping cost would be half that.
