I am estimating age to the art deco era which the finish wears proudly exhibiting commensurate wear. Place of origin is unknown. They are unsigned.

Measurements: 6 1/4" to the top of the candle holder, 9" to the top of the socket, 5" span between the feet, 4 3/4" diameter of the circular base. Weight 4 lbs each

Recently rewired and working. If you prefer not to plug them in, simply tuck the wire inside the interior. less
