Early Victorian stool made from mahogany wood. Lovely nailhead trim around the leather upholstery. There is a slight slant to the stool, it may be able to be straightened out if taken apart and put back together. It still functions as intended. Probably not ideal for a larger framed person to use. This stool would fit in perfectly amongst your other stately antiques. Reminds me of possibly federal or even Georgian style furnishings.
