A striking original tipped-in photogravure after surrealist painting "Objective Stimulation" (1939) by famous Belgian artist Rene Magritte (1898-1967). Comes from a rare art folio of the artist printed in Japan in 1972. Signed in the print at the lower right corner: "Magritte". Hand tipped-in on a sheet of heavy paper, which has a copy on back related to another piece in the folio. Excellent condition - never framed.
