These date back to the 1960's, and have been professionally reupholstered … more Pair of authentic vintage Midcentury Modern armchairs for sale. These date back to the 1960's, and have been professionally reupholstered in new fabric and foam. They have a fiberglass shell frame with a tubular stainless steel base that has long been discontinued. They have been reupholstered in a teal tweed with gold and a pale yellow beautifully tightly woven. They are of exceptional quality, and very well made. These would work as office chairs, guest chairs, side chairs, or accent chairs. They would also make wonderful dining chairs. The original bases are in excellent condition, and have been polished. The fabric we used is Camira’s Main Line Flex in Bayswater that is $52 per yard and is made of wool and flex from the UK. less
