GOATSKIN is a type of leather that many may be familiar with by name but not so much in detail. Known to be one of the most resilient leathers, based on softness, strength and lightweight qualities. The natural properties of goatskin enables it to not only be soft and supple but also water-resistant. Goatskin is much stronger, more flexibility and more softness than Cowhide, sheepskin and also lambskin.
The reverse side stands out with a velvety polyester medium grey crocodile print fabric, combining perfectly with the ensemble.
Piping or Cording, PROFESSIONALLY handcrafted (using the same frabric of the back side) to add a pop of contrasting color and accent this design, are sewn on both edges.
Professionally finished for durability: interior seams are over locked.
To make ZIPPERED pillows with an envelope opening: I have sewn a grey zipper horizontally in the bottom of the back side. Made a stitch trim so that the fabric will be held in place and not be caught in the zipper teeth. A zipper closure in the back of a pillow keeps the pillow cover on the pillow form but allows it to be removed for easy laundering.
Easy removal and perfect termination with a matching invisible ZIPPER, professionally sewn at the bottom.
