- An Arts & Crafts hand-wrought copper and iron fire screen, the hand-hammered copper heart-shaped shield with a beautifully embossed fleur-de-lis … more An Arts & Crafts hand-wrought copper and iron fire screen, the hand-hammered copper heart-shaped shield with a beautifully embossed fleur-de-lis and riveting around the edge, attached to a hand-forged iron frame with two copper flame finials and resting on flaring legs. The scrolled iron work, rolled ends and hammered flat feet are hallmarks of Arts & Crafts design. Incredible craftsmanship and typical of a style sold by Liberty of London. It is unmarked, so it can only be attributed to that maker but the quality is certainly there to support that attribution. A definite eye-catcher in front of any fireplace. less
