In 1978, at the height of his career, Robert Rauschenberg participated in an exhibition at the Vancouver gallery.
This complete and pristine set from that show, called "WORKS FROM CAPTIVA - AN EXHIBITION AT THE VANCOUVER ART GALLERY SEPT 8 - OCT 29,1978" includes a tote bag, a catalog and a poster. All are included in this listing.

This softcover photolithography book is illustrated throughout its 12 pages, and is from a small edition of only 1700. Iin near perfect condition. The poster is comprised of photographs of the complete series of Rauschenberg's Hiccups collection. Poster is in perfect condition, with the folds from having been kept in the exhibition tote bag. Never exposed, never framed, pristine. Both the catalog and the poster are in the exhibition's original canvas tote bag with letterpress-title on one side, on the other a photograph in black-and-white showing Rauschenberg.
