On a sourcing trip to the U.K. and France I spotted this attractive pair of copper pitchers. Each are hand forged with a graceful arched handles, a bulbous shaped body and a finial topped domed lid. The lids open easily too. The #8 is inscribed on one of the handles, assuming this pair were once part of a set long ago.
The early 20th century vessels have aged patina and are clean given their age. This pair would pair well a French Country, English Traditional our Rustic European space. I hope you'll make this pair "keepers" in your home!
