A cast iron circular four-tier plant stand strongly attributed to Coalbrookdale. The plant stand with details of vigorously carved leaves and pierced lacy circular tiered stands.
The plant stand, from my personal collection when purchased over 20 years ago was originally painted a dark green. It was placed in my garden and the water sprinkler removed a great deal of the contemporary dark green paint which revealed an original warm and sunny yellow paint. Coalbrookdale was known for using the color yellow to paint their Victorian pieces.
The stand has no breaks or repairs and is structurally sound.
