Incredibly rare Gustav Emil Ern 7.75" Chef's Knife in immaculate, unused old stock condition.
These full tang stainless steel chef's knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.
The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 7.75", the overall length of the knife is a hair over 12".
We purchased a small mixed old stock lot of these Gustav Emil Ern knives in a variety of sizes and shapes, please see our other listings.
Made in Solingen Germany, makers logo on handle along with a "Stainless Steel Molybdenum Alloy...better than ever" sticker.
