These half tang stainless steel boning knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.

The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 6", the overall length of the knife is just a hair over of 11".

Made in Solingen Germany, makers logo on handle along with a "Stainless Steel Molybdenum Alloy...better than ever" sticker. See less
