These half tang stainless steel steak knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.

The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 6", the overall length of the knife is just a hair over of 11".

We purchased a small mixed old stock lot of these Gustav Emil Ern knives in a variety of sizes and shapes, please see our other listings.

Made in Solingen Germany, makers label sticker on handle.

These knives are being sold in pairs only, exactly as they were packaged in the factory. You will get 2 knives with each pair purchased.

We will not sell these knives individually as singles.
