Fine gilt bronze ink well for a gentleman's desk by Marshall Fields circa 1910. Art Nouveau floral vines and berries cover the lid and body of this ink well which has a hinged lid and porcelain ink well intact in the body. The mark of Marshall Fields on the base plate and 11-8. The measurements are 4.5" in diameter and 3.25" tall. Standing on 3 bun feet. Beautifully cast bronze and in excellent condition.
