These full tang stainless steel chef's knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States.

The stainless steel has aged beautifully in storage and now has a very lovely faint rainbow toning, please see the last few photos.

The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 10.25", the overall length of the knife is just shy of 15.5".
