Hello!
I'm Edie Macias, Author of this work of art and owner of " Miami Vintage Decor" I find this part of my life the perfect compliment to my job as a purveyor of fine vintage and antique art and furniture.
This hand-carved plaster wall sculpture offers a minimalist yet expressive profile rendered in clean, geometric lines. The face emerges as an abstract form, with exaggerated features such as an elongated nose and angular head, evoking influences of cubist and modernist art. Subtle textures surrounding the figure create a sense of depth, enhancing the simplicity of the design while adding tactile interest to the surface.
The use of plaster gives the artwork a soft, monochromatic aesthetic, emphasizing line work and contours.
