Wonderful design, softest wool quality, richly saturated natural dyes, and very good condition characterize this lovely specimen of Caucasian village, cottage-produced, folk art.. The carpet has been professionally cleaned to museum standards and is now collection ready. A juicy and playful antique textile artifact for the discriminating collector of rare rugs.
