Per Italian Designer Mario Luca Giusta's website: "The objects have the appearance of crystal and glass but are made with very contemporary materials such as acrylic, similarly the plates imitate ceramic but are instead made of melamine they are designed to be practical and elegant, with classic shapes contrasted by eclectic colors.
