This Really is an Outstanding - Absolutely Beautiful Antique Limoges France Porcelain Fish Serving Platter & 2 Matching Plates. This is a LARGE SIZE PLATTER Measuring Approx 24 inches Long x 8 3/4 inches Wide!. They Come From the Classic Aesthetic Victorian Era - Circa 1880s. The Outer Perimeters are Done in a Rich Cobalt & Flow Blue Color that is Truly More Beautiful in Hand than My Photographs Can Depict - You will Surely Agree upon Arrival. The Blue Perimeters and Surfaces are Then Decorated - Embellished with Intricate 22K Gold Features. Note that the Seaweed. NOTE Also that the Side Handles on the Platter are Hand Decorated in a Very Fine & Unusual Multiple Color Shade - Colors of Gold. In Addition the Platter Also has 22K Gold Embellished Seaweed with Raised White Enamel Horizontal Lines Applied to the Swimming Fish Bolstering a Underwater View Effect. The Back of all 3 Pieces have the Green C.F.H & G.D.M and the 2 Plates Bear the Blue Circular "CH FIELD HAVILAND LIMOGES" ( Charles Fields Haviland ) - These Being the Documented Trademark of The Renowned French Maker ROBERT HAVILAND & C. PARLON. They are in Excellent Condition - Display Beautifully!. No Damage - No Repairs. Minor Imperfection Noted - On the Back Side if the Platter there is a Very Faint Surface Glaze Only Hairline ( Not a Crack - Absolutely Not Visible on the Front ) that Could Actually Occurred in the Making. This Can be Seen in the Last - 12th Photograph. By the Way with Mounting Brackets Added These 3 Pieces Would Display Beautifully as a Wall Decoration Grouping!. They Could Be Bea Displayed with Individual Stands on a Table or Other Flat Surface.
Platter Measures Overall Approx. 24 inches Long x 8 3/4 inches Wide x 1 3/4 inches Tall.
2 Plates Measures 7 3/4 inches Long x 7 3/4 inches Wide x 1 inch Tall.
NOTE That the Bright White Surface Marks that Appear in Some of my Photographs are Reflections of my Lighting on the High Gloss Glaze.
