This iconic elephant planter was seen in many households in the mid to late 20th century. A boxy elephant, it is made of natural wicker and still has the galvanized metal liner.
Some are said to have been made in Italy but this one has no makers mark.
Perfect for housing green plants, it can also be used for fresh blooms. Think of it as a caddy for outdoor entertaining, even a wine cooler, or as a bit of whimsy for your garden room.
