Heavily carved frame, … moreA Very Nice Antique Walnut Victorian Carved Bergere Arm Chair, Circa 1860’s Early victorian period, circa 1855-1870. Heavily carved frame, with multiple clusters of grapes, and a pierce cut back with a medallion in the centre. Red upholstery. Size: 26 1/2" wide, 24" deep, 43" tall, 16" seat height. Condition: The upholstery is clean, with minor blemishes. The frame is in very good condition, with 2 braces on the top of the crest rail from a old breakage repair. Use and wear marks are consistent with age. The frame appears to retain the original finish. less
