This is the case with the Salome Table Lamp, which calls to mind seaside rooms open to the ocean's breezes. The hardware that fastens the shade to the rattan lamp wears brass finish, and the finial is also wrapped in rattan--the shape a smaller-scaled version of the columnar body. A design detail of note is how the texture of the shade echoes the ruddiness of the rope. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may cause damage to the item's finish.
