- Classic vintage all wood Ethan Allen Maple Wood Desk and Hutch. Original unaltered conditon. Desk and hutch are very sturdy … more Classic vintage all wood Ethan Allen Maple Wood Desk and Hutch. Original unaltered conditon. Desk and hutch are very sturdy and the desk drawer glides opens easily. In very good condition consistent with age and use. There are some scratches on the desk top working area consistent with use, as shown on the photo. Desk drawers have metal knobs and an extra set of original wood knobs are included. The tall hutch sits on top of the desk and is removable. The distance from the desk top to the lowest shelf is 12 inches. And there is a 12 inch clearance distance from the front of the desk to where the hutch starts. The bottom and top hutch shelves are removable and also adjustable. The middle shelf is not removable. The shelf at the foot area under the desk sits 12 inches from the rear and is removable. Desk top has small opening near the back for electrical cords (lamp, lap top, etc.) to pass through. Part of the Ethan Allen collection called "Colors" sold from 1996 - 2005. Measurements:: Desk and Hutch: 40 inches wide x 78 inches high x 24 inches deep. Desk alone: 40 inches wides x 30 inches high x 24 inches deep. Hutch alone: 40 inches wide x 48 inches high x 12 inches deep. less
