Thomas Sidney Cooper lived in England in the 1800’s and was known for his paintings of animals. This piece is an intaglio lithograph of his painting “The Victorian Cow”. The print depicts cattle in a pasture scene and the detail is wonderful.
The framing was done in 1983. The mat is dark green and the frame is faux Burlwood.
