The particle board panel that covers up the mirror on the backside could use a little extra reinforcement with a few extra nails along the edge on both sides as some of the staples are a bit loose and weak. less

I'm not completely certain of the wood type … more Stunning and unique vintage 1960s MCM mirror with a sculpted accent crossbar. I'm not completely certain of the wood type but it looks like walnut. The bottom surfaces of the two vertical posts of the frame are unfinished (see photo) so it might be a good idea for the new owner to paint them to match the wood color if they are visible when hung on the wall. Maker is not known but a serial number and "Virginia" are stamped on the backside. less
