Description: A fine 19th century hanging hall fixture. Heavy brass gauge frame with hand painted leaded stained glass panels. Measures 31” … more A fine 19th century hanging hall fixture. Heavy brass gauge frame with hand painted leaded stained glass panels. Measures 31” x 10” x 10” to top brass hanger loop. 11’ brass hanging chain. 1 panel hinged as a door for access. Removable Opalescent glass panel on bottom . Circular blown glass panels are of bulls eye form with pontils. All pretty much original patina with only minimal polished brass years ago. Glass original shows only 2 rectangular pcs having cracks and 1 small ruby glass border having slight loss in bottom corner. 2 brass crests on to missing. Rewired few years back and is hard wired. A very fine example from the period ready for the finest Victorian interior ! less
