Offered is a late 1950s or early 1950s Danish Teak Wood carving/cheese/charcuterie board designed by Jen H. Quistgaard for Dansk. The surface is staved (butcher block) end grain teak, built to last for life. The base is staved, and the rim of the surface is slightly curved downwards, and the edge below is slightly beveled, allowing for a plate to be wedged underneath and chopped goodies or crumbs to be scraped onto the plate. The best way to describe the shape is similar to a frisbee.
Measures 12" diameter, .625" deep less
