This Antique Salter tubular brass spring scale was designed to measure weights in troy ounces, and is solid Brass and marked Made in England. The scale is indented along the tube with lines numbered ‘O’ to ‘100’ with a metal loop to hang and a hook at the opposite end.
Exquisite patina and beautiful condition overall.
Including the length of the scale and end ring and opposite hook it measures 12 1/2" long. The tube is 1/2" thick and without both end caps the tube measures 9" long.
