Looks like there was an attempt to run electric cord though body which was not successful. Dimensions are, mounted base is 10 inches in diameter. 25 inches tall. shade is 5.5 wide x 6 inches tall. Giving an overall height of 31 inches tall. 60 watts or less or Dimmable LED. All UL approved electric components. less
