Description: Chinese seated Kuanyin scroll, colored inks on heavy paper, mounted on a shimmering blue and silver, grey and black, silk … more Chinese seated Kuanyin scroll, colored inks on heavy paper, mounted on a shimmering blue and silver, grey and black, silk brocade in a dragon medallions pattern, signed, with numerous, varied, red seal marks and two inscriptions on the upper left in black xingshu script. The image size is 24.75" wide x 50" high. With a black silk cord makio and kakio at the top and black jikusaki at the bottom. The outer scroll cover is heavy raw silk. Circa early Republic of China era, no later than mid century.
