The phone has … moreVery nice vintage condition with lots of scuffs, marks and surface scratches typical of age and use. The phone has seen plenty of use through the decades and has many more calls left, these phone were built like tanks! The tan cable shows lots of wear, scuffs and discoloration with a small tear to the outside housing, the interior multi colored wires seem to be in good shape. Please see the last photo for a close-up detail of the tear. As we place some of our items with film and television period productions (who value authentic patina, distress and age) we have left this phone in the original, as-found condition. Both the phone and cable could use a thorough cleaning if they are to be used and displayed in the home.
