(Dutch, 1526–1583) depict Roman emperors and historical rulers. On the reverse of each is a description in Latin. Published in Antwerp, Belgium in 1708. These prints are rare and it is difficult to acquire sets of more than 3 or 4 of these woodcuts. Most retail prices range between $200-$350 each. Dimensions: Apprx. . 9" x 11" plus folds at top and bottom of sheet (each fold apprx. 1") ; each medallion apprx. 7" diameter. Please see our other listings from this series.
