Absolutely stunning mid 19th century Windsor chair with reeded dipping backrest over very elegant and detailed carved and turned spindle backrest.with multiple curves and finished at the bottom with hand carved multiple circle over circle medallion accent. Large round caned seat with the standard 19th century backrest to seat carved and curved braces for added stability. The bottom of the chair is finished with beautiful carved spool turned top and bottom front legs and flattened peg feet. Straight turned front legs with large curved back legs and double leg braces on every side with the front ones also having carved spool turned details in the center of both of them.
