Commissioned for Comme … more Very rare authentic Herman Miller Eames molded chairs, upholstered with vintage scarves by Japanese fashion brand Desertic. Commissioned for Comme des Garcons and purchased as a pair at Dover Street Market in Tokyo for 320k yen (about $4,000 at the time) in 2012. Both are in excellent condition with some scratching of the dowel legs on one of the chairs (see the 10th image). In addition, one of the chairs is missing a screw which is easily replaceable (see top right of the 9th image). Very unique (you won't find these anywhere else), authentic, and with impeccable provenance. We have the original receipt from Dover Street Market which dates to 5/15/2012. less
