The silverplated set is in a modern, simple design and stamped on the bottom "Sabattini Made in Italy". The jars are blown glass with lids.
Lino Sabattini was an Italian artist. He worked in a brass workshop, where he also learned the metalworking technique. At the age of 30 Sabattini moved to Milan, where he opened a small workshop. He worked in Paris and Milan from 1958 to 1963 for Christofle. In 1964 he became an entrepreneur with his own designs. less
