This is a special pair of chairs with burled walnut back splats and dark walnut faux bamboo frames. The chairs are in good original condition and were made by Interior Crafts of Chicago. The design is Chinoiserie or Tan Su in terms of design and will add a sparkle of Asian charm to any room in your home. The upholstery appears to be a green silk but I can't say with certainty. The chairs are in good condition with minor signs of age and use. They date to the 1970-80s era and are fantastic.
