There’s just something about blue-and-white earthenware that makes an elegant and welcoming statement, and above all seems to work with any design style This petite whimsical duo will look fabulous on a small accent wall filled with faux (or live) grasses or blooms, or not! Artfully handcrafted from earthenware with a highly glazed finish; colors are rich indigo, navy blue with hints of royal blue on a crisp white background. The lyrical motifs consist of assorted flowers, shoots and tendrils with scrolls and acanthus leaves; silver leaf accent on the lip of each pocket. Each measures 5” x 2¾” x 3” W/D/H; interiors 3” x 1½ x 2¼” W/D/H. Together the pair weighs 1 lb. Both are in excellent condition with minimal, if any age-appropriate wear. A circular slotted cut-out on the back of each pocket was fashioned for effortless placement on a wall. The Bombay Company makers stamp is on the backside of each. For a passionate collector of blue-and-white earthenware, these cuties should be on your “must-have” list!
