Magnificent Georgian style, antique Northern red pine room end with passageway. This truly impressive architectural element features two sets of double arched niches over paneled bases with a guilloche molding and three stop fluted pilasters, flanking the central arched passageway. Surmounting the arch, there is a substantial and beautifully carved swan neck pediment with basketweave pattern, bellflower swag and ribbon motifs and carved musical instruments including a lyre, flute and horns. Four large, urn form finials adorn the top.
A stunning piece suitable for historic homes, estates, townhouses, brownstones, restaurants, bars, retail stores, lofts, or even a new build.
