Description: These are the real mid- century deal- Asian chinoiserie cutlery. Each one is made of two rosewood pieces that were … more These are the real mid- century deal- Asian chinoiserie cutlery. Each one is made of two rosewood pieces that were hand carved to fit onto the center brass/ bronze section and secured with a double tang closure on each side. The set is ten butter or cheese spread knives and six demitasse spoons - perfect for serving small amounts of jams or jellies at a decadent buffet. All pieces are ready for use in excellent vintage condition. The glossy golden brass is easily cared for by occasional polishing with a one-part vinegar, two parts water with a soft cloth. I favor my norwex cloth- while microfiber is preferred, I hate the feel. less
