A vintage framed Hermes silk scarf titled “Les Voitures” translated: A Transformation. The artist is La Perriere. Les Voitures a Transformation was first issued in 1965. Scarf measures 36” x 36”; framed 40” x 40 ¼”. The theme is horse carriages. The frame is gold guilt with black border. Good condition, no damage, slight dust spot upper right corner.
This item was purchased from a private estate in the San Francisco area. I purchased 25 of the woman’s authentic, vintage, Hermes scarves, as well as additional pieces of authentic Chanel. She framed these scarves from her personal collection for her office. Based on the quality and reputation of the items in the sale, everything was authentic, these were purchased and are being sold as authentic.
