An Antique Roman Byzantine style bronze oil lamp with elaborate open work handle with pierced palm frond and swan neck handle, with pear form body, and circular wick mouth, centered by a theatrical Silenus mask form hinged lid.
The ancient bronze Roman oil lamp with heavy green patina.

Green verdigris patina throughout.
