It measures 24 1/4" wide by 26 1/2" tall, with the chess board squares measuring 1 1/2" square.

It is in good overall condition as shown, but does have wear as you can see in the photographs. Some wear to the feed, as shown in the closeup. The oak surface has a few areas of grain raising, some slight leg separation at the base is shown, but it is fully stable, the joints are not loose or wobbly, etc... Overall a very nice table! less
