This stunning brooch features a finely crafted 18K yellow gold frame and showcases a silver Sasanian coin depicting Xusro I, circa 300 AD. The design is enhanced by four lustrous genuine drop-shaped South Sea pearls, each measuring approximately 0.5 inches. The centered Roman coin is hand-hammered, adding to its unique character.
