- A large, framed land indenture document between John Bailey and Peter Wallace for a parcel on North Street, Alexander Square, … more A large, framed land indenture document between John Bailey and Peter Wallace for a parcel on North Street, Alexander Square, England, for the term of 80 years. Dated January 19, 1829, this beautifully handwritten document was written in lengthy detail with the map of the parcel included on the document. A square seal from the government is attached at the top and 3 wax seals are at the bottom with signatures. Document sight size measures 27” x 22”. Frame measures 33” x 28.5”. Not examined out of frame, but the paper appears to be parchment. less
