Featuring an elaborate hand-painted fine Judaical pattern in black and white, a motif characteristic of the important Jewish historical presence in Sefrou, unlike neighboring Fez.

Fez traces its influence and origin in ceramics to as early as the Phoenicians. Its local natural clay is found only in this part of the world, characteristic of its balanced mineral content, high level of purity and fine texture, making it suitable for exquisite work and more durable.
