Offered is a versatile canoe shaped teak wood snack or serving bowl made in Thailand by Action Industries in the 1970s. It's angled lengthwise and at first we thought it was some sort of dough bowl, but when posing it with our wine bottle for reference, it made perfect sense as a wine bottle holder to let wine breathe and decant - see second image. The end at the opposite side of the cut out handle is angled perfectly to hold a wine bottle up!! This piece is hand carved from a single piece of wood.
It measures 15.25" long, 2" tall, 4.5" wide at one end, 3.75" wide at other. Cut out handle is 2.25" wide, 1.5" deep
