1920's Japanese Geisha painting on silk, Signed and Framed. 18" W x 44" L.
Colors are extremely vibrant. Clear signature bottom left. Unusual to see an antique Japanese silk painting in such a large size as most are 24" or smaller. Framed in original gold painted bamboo frame. Ready to hang. Silk & bamboo frame need minor tightening at the bottom but there is no damage to the textile.
I purchased this silk painting from the original owner's grandson. This was a family piece brought to the US from Japan after WW2.
