We would estimate this is a 1980s piece both based on design and construction. The base is made of heavy cast iron and wrapped in aluminum. It has a smooth bearing system allowing the table to spin smoothly and freely in each direction. You could have cocktails on the table and swivel it, the action is that smooth. The table is made from one piece of thick glass that has been heated and bent into shape. Condition is very good, the only wear to note is some oxidation on the bottom from the cast iron base, this is seen at the very bottom trim around the base of the table. It could likely be removed but is not very noticeable, we have decided to leave it as is. The table measures 38x32.5x16.25" tall. Let us know if you have any questions, we are here to help. less
