An Absolutely Beautiful - Fine Quality Pair of Antique European Coin Silver Open Salt Cellars. Circa Very early 1900s. Large Size - Possibly Master Salts ?. They are done in a Wonderful Rococo Sea Shell Design. They are Signed - Were Made by the Hessenberg Silver Company in Frankfurt Germany. They come with their Original Matching Salt Spoons that also have Hessenberg Hallmarks. They are Completely Hand Made out of Solid 900 Grade Continental European Coin Silver. The Spoons have a Gold Wash Finish as do the Salt Cellar Interiors - Basins. Heavy Construction - The Set ( 4 pieces combined ) has a Substantial Weight of 6.379 Troy Ounces.
Salt Cellars Measure 1 3/4 inches Tall x 3 1/4 inches Long x 2 1/2 inches Wide.
Spoons are 3 inches Long x ( Bowls ) 3/4 inch Wide.
